The Hill-side | Camo Neckties

The Hill-Side makes some of the best menswear products this side of the Atlantic and one of my favorites of their A/W ’11 collection is the Leaf Camo necktie. I was fortunate enough to obtain the original and their yet to be released mismatched camo version.
I’m not typically one who wears ties with unconventional patterns. I’ve not really even bought into the recent influx of camouflage in menswear but nevertheless, the leaf camo print tie seems like the perfect amount of unorthodoxy for my taste. Never not satisfied with anything the Brothers Corsillo bring to the table with Hickoree’s Hard Goods and the Hill-Side.

I’m going to be an optimist and say this is the necktie for guys who have a hard time committing to neckties. Which is good, I think Hillside makes a strong case for normal guys to wear neckties more often, you know, without having to be comfortable with actually being “formal”. The type of necktie that would elicit the comment “bro, killer tie!”, instead of “bro, why are you so formal? did you just come from a wedding or something?”
