What have we learned from Mr. Baker? Keep your hair out of your eyes; always have your instrument or a cup of coffee close by; there’s a time and a place for a jacket but also a white-t-shirt.
While heroin didnt help, his father also apparently looked a lot older than his actual age. And his teeth were bad going back to childhood, he lost some front teeth in a baseball accident I believe. Of course, getting the crap beat out of you by your dealer didnt help either.
Sorry to be a negative nancy here, but one additional important lesson to be learned from Mr. Baker:
Don’t do smack, ever

I always thought Chet was a looker and ultra stylish. Any thoughts on how one might recreate his iconic looks?
