Unionmade Indigo + Filson | Large Briefcase

Speaking as a guy who uses Filson products on a regular basis for both vocation and vacation, I’m awed like a fat kid in a candy store at the collaboration with Unionmade. The indigo coloration of the canvas and light tan bridle leather straps certainly adds to this durable classic and makes a man reconsider his tan 256.

It’s like back in the 80′s when they came out with Peanut Butter Twix. My fat little kid self was like, “Shit, I already really want a regular Twix with that caramel/cookie crunch and now I have a peanut butter option?” And you know mom would only buy me one candy bar per time at the grocery store. Those are some tough choices for a chubby kid who needs his Twix fix. Damn you Unionmade.

From Unionmade, “The Filson large briefcase is made using 10.5 oz. ring-spun indigo canvas with white and red selvage woven at the legendary Cone Mills White Oak plant in Greensboro, NC with bridle leather straps and brass hardware. The main compartment is divided into four full length sections to hold your laptop, files and papers – all edged with the red and white selvedge ID. Two-way brass zipper with snap storm flap covering the main compartment and a removable shoulder strap and hand carry straps with a leather grip with open slit pockets on front and back.  Like all the Filson twill briefcases, this convenient computer bag has double bottom construction for added durability, and will stand up well to over-loading and heavy use.
