OSB for Woodlands | Two Tone Natural CXL Chukka Boot

September 5, 2013

If you’re in the market for a new boot this fall that will stand out from the pack, look no further than this exclusive collaboration from Oak Street Bootmakers and Woodlands. Having a few pair of OSB myself, I can attest to their quality, construction and comfort. Pair that with Natural CXL with the flipped over suede side and I’m damn near giddy.

From Woodlands, “The chukka is one of footwear’s finest hybrids. This particular version is something special we dreamed up (so, basically, you’ll only see it here), for your fall footwear enjoyment. Part oxford, part boot, it goes beyond a mere shoe without becoming a full-on boot. And unlike so many half-measures in the world of style, it manages to rise above precisely because of its in-between-ness. The distinctive combination of natural/reverse natural Chromexcel makes for a nice study in contrasts. Despite what you may have heard, the roughout-reverse leather takes a beating exceptionally well, and looks all the better for it. Don’t baby it; just wear it and brush it with a good suede brush regularly to help keep the dirt off. Equally at home with denim or chinos, our version can dress up a bit with ease, thanks to the cap-toe detailing, leather sole, and generally slim profile. Made from natural Horween® Chromexcel® leather, with true Goodyear Welt Construction, oiled leather Waterlock soles, a stacked leather heel with Vibram toplift, and a calfskin vamp lining. Handcrafted in the USA, and fully recraftable when the time comes.”

Get on it only at Woodlands.
